Who cares? And everyone said he was scared to take on Kimi and Lewis. Ha ha. ;D Oh, I'm going to be insufferable over the coming weeks. So happy. I would think Red Bull are cursing. Even if he's not his old self, Schumacher is bound to galvanise the Ferrari team. Given that McLaren are also suddenly thriving, Webber & Vettel are going to find it that much harder to catch up the Mighty Button. Hamilton v Schumacher should be good to see. Hamilton has no chance realistic chance of hanging onto his crown, so he can go at it full on and show the old timer a thing or two.

Schumi, I don't think he could mathematically stop the Mighty Button this season. In fact, he could end up being his biggest ally, by taking points off those closing in on the Mighty Button. But I'll let you keep that in my sig for a bit if it makes you happy EDIT: And I reckon Onc Onc is in line for a FOTW nomiation after Schumi reads his post on the BSF.

Anyway, PlanetF1 reports: The German's return, though, is dependent on him getting through a 'specific training programme at the end of which confirmation will be given of his participation in the Championship.'
And should he get the go-ahead to race in the European GP at Valencia, the Mirror claims he'll be earning '£3million a race - effectively £1m a day in Spain.'

He's not been back for five minutes, and already Schumacher is under investigation: www.planet-f1.com/story/0,18954,3213_5466849,00.html

Of course, Schumacher will find that things have changed in his absence. Ferrari dared to take on Mosley this year - and are no longer the prodigal sons of FIA. It's not like the old days e.g. 2003 when Ferrari were on the ropes and being battered by Williams at which point the relegations mysteriously change for the remaining 3 races of the season.
