It depends on whether the photos are already online, or if they are your own. If they are online, all you need to do is paste the url to wherever you want the photo to appear, highlight it, and click the little picture symbol (between the globe and mail signs) which are on the reply button. This should surround the link in tabs, which make the photo show up. If it's one of your own pictures, you need to upload them to one of the free hosting websites, such as photobucket or webshots. Register, then follow the instructions to upload your pictures. Once you've done that you should get a small box under your photo with the url. Copy that, and follow the steps in the first paragraph. If that sounds complicated, it really isn't, but you can click on "reply" to this post, which will show you how I've uploaded this picture.

Speedyguy, take a look at the latest update from proboards - you can now upload pictures straight from your PC (not sure if it's an admin only function) just by clicking "browse" by the subject matter when you reply to a post. Should make things a whole lot easier, but there is a maximum size allowance.
