Four clubs who want to get away from the EL???
The sport really is in a terrible state at present and unfortunately even if there were someone or a small group of individuals with the imagination and skills to reverse the downward trend (and personally I dont think that is anywhere near the case) the structure of the BSPA dictates that the radical changes necessary would never get through an AGM as there will always be a majority who will stick with the status quo with the odd bit of tinkering here and there

It's not a case of just wanting to drop down. John Hall, ex BV Promoter, posts on the Aces forum and he's said numerous times that during the Perrin era the Aces applied to go into the Premier League (or the equivalent of it at the time) and were refused.
What makes the management think they'll be accepted all of a sudden? Speedway in the UK is heading towards a crossroads and where it goes from there will either kill it off in the UK or will see it flourish. Sadly, I fear the former.

Four clubs who want to get away from the EL??? And, surprisingly, not Eastbourne.
