Five weeks to go before my favourite meeting is re-staged and the silence from Essex is deafening. The missus and me will have to take at least half a day of work to attend, and we still have no clue as to the line-ups, when are the 'promoters' planning to give us some info ? month before ? week before ? day before ? hour before ?

Hatcham - I have to say I'm starting to find your constant tirade against the (very good) Lakeside promotion very tiring. I thought you were supposed to be one who never takes things on here too seriously.

Hatcham - I have to say I'm starting to find your constant tirade against the (very good) Lakeside promotion very tiring. I thought you were supposed to be one who never takes things on here too seriously. They're not very good at all Genghis, they have a city of 10 million on their doorstep and should rule the roost instead they do nothing but whinge, i'm sorry if you and a few others don't like my comments, but tough, i'll say it how i see it. As for it being a "constant tirade" don't make me laugh ! i've only made four or five comments over the last couple of weeks, compare that to other posters who bang on about the same old subjects again and again and again, and have been doing so for YEARS. I'm well aware that too many here, west ham are the 'golden boys' and unlike Poole, Coventry, Ipswich, Belle Vue etc are above any critisicm, but i don't agree, i am not the only person who thinks details of the LRC should have been released by now, in fact a member here has already cancelled plans to attend. As for the other fiasco regarding Poole lets see what other decisions will be made, as to date the only supposed sanction aimed at the Pirates has only affected the sides who finish 5th and 6th, and neither of them will be Poole. As for taking things seriously, the issues to me from a speedway perspective are important, but nothing speedway related poses any sort of 'seriousness' in my life. Prepare to be tired, and watch how i can do it without needing to insult you and KevH, can you offer me the same respect ? For a start you could tell me why the only London based'ish Elite club are so well run !

Hatcham - when Ronnie Russell was in charge at Arena, there was one man and his dog in the place. Crowds have at least doubled under Douglas and Cook. You're moaning (as usual ) about the LRC, but without Stuart Douglas's foresight, there wouldn't even be a LRC. Hatcham, you come across as a bit of a moaner who takes things too seriously.

Why ? because i don't 'tow the party line' and go with the flow ? Not sure exactly when Ronnie Russells tenure began and finished, but i can remember going to watch west ham in div 2 with Lanham as one of the heat leaders and crowds were very decent.

You're becoming desperate, Hatcham - can we expect another "toys out of pram" momemt soon when you delete your account and go off in a strop ;D ;D

As for the remainder of your post, i'll take it as YET ANOTHER of your veiled insults.

If you want to take everything so seriously, I'll leave it up to you, but personally I like having a little fun.

After the stick they got for trying to build it up, I suppose they can't be arsed to put the effort in.
They got condemnation for promoting the bleeding thing.

Too many people jumping to hasty conclusions I fear. Facts now confirmed by the Hammers promotion that a new date will hopefully have to be found later in the season for the LRC because of fixture changes, one of which will see a home match being staged against either Poole or Swindon on Monday July 20th.

That might take a wee while because after tonight's postponement at Belle Vue the 1st Leg QF will need restaging...well.....I guess it 's the 2nd leg now. Then the 2 semi finals will need to be arranged also. What date is this meeting pencilled in for?

Sounds like a dig at Ronnie Russell to me ! with of course the obligatory insult thrown my way.
