Lakeside complete their fixtures tomorrow evening (Friday) with a visit from the Eagles.
Nicki Pedersen rides, but it's still R/R for Davey Watt after his fall in Poland, so looks like a reasonable win for the Hammers, which will also mean they pick up the bonus point and leap-frog Wolverhampton for 5th place in the league table. Lakeside won the away fixture of this leg 49-43.
Eastbourne team should be:
1..N Pedersen 2..L Bridger 3..R/R 4..R Povazhny 5..M Risager 6..C Woodward 7..S Gustafsson
Haven't heard the Lakeside line-up yet, but I would think they are waiting on Adam Shields' fitness (maybe MD has some news?)

As it stands tonight (5mins ago), Adam will be riding tomorrow evening along with in alphabetical order: Andreas Jonsson, Krzysztof Kasprzak, Ricky Kling, Joonas Kylmakorpi (R/R), Leigh Lanham, Andreas Messing.

It was announced tonight that Andreas has agreed to ride for the Hammers next year, although there are some loose ends to be tied up with Coventry.

Lakeside win 52-40 and take the bonus, meaning they finish 5th in the table above Wolves. Fantastic result for young stanley and his team. And I hear Henka was in the bar.

And Andreas Jonsson breaks his own track record in the first heat of the night. A very creditable first season for young stanley at Lakeside - he's hardly put a foot wrong, except of course for the flipflop fiasco.

And Andreas Jonsson breaks his own track record in the first heat of the night. Isn't that the second time he's done that recently?

Well done Lakeside on the win and great news for you as well about AJ.
One question anyone who went, what happened to AJ in heat 15 for the spoilt brat to beat him?? If the world champion couldn't beat him, how could the brat??

Yes, on the 6th of this month. Thought so, I guess AJ can look forward to dropping it a bit more next year.

His engine blew up coming round the last bend mimi, his momentum still took him over the line in front of Povazhny, but KK and the spoilt brat went past him.

AJ was so much quicker than everyone else last night, including Nicki. He broke the track record twice, and Gerald Richter, the track curator, told me before the meeting that it wouldn't be a quick track because it was so cold! Nice to meet you last night Kevh - always good to put a face to a name

Nice to meet you last night Kevh - always good to put a face to a name Nice to meet you too munners Did I miss something about AJ breaking the track record twice? He did a 56.9 in Heat 1 and........? I can't disagree with your thoughts about AJ though, he was a class (or two) above, and he went past Nicki like an express train. He's clearly enjoying himself down at the side of the lake.
