Yes, someone made this his first post on the BSF earlier, bad news for Holder and Poole, but hopefully there are no complications and he'll be back in a couple of weeks.

And just as Poole were bringing in Karol Baran, apparently. Yes, indeed: Ins and Outs at Wimborne Road
Just hours after the ink had dried on the contract to bring Ipswich loanee Karol Baran, who last rode in Britain in 2005, in as reserve for the new look Castle Cover Pirates the club were hit by the news that the highly in-form Chris Holder has broken his collar bone in a freak moto-x accident on Wednesday afternoon. Holder, who along with the other Castle Cover Pirates is enduring a period of rest from team racing for the Poole club is determined to try and get back in the speedway saddle as quick as possible and is believed to be consulting Ipswich-based Brian Simpson to begin laser treatment. Having just re-declared their side with the introduction of Hans Andersen and now Baran the Pirates will undoubtedly be confronting two difficult matches next week with a home meeting against Eastbourne, a side that has already walked away with a league draw from Wimborne Road and then next Friday (June 5th) the very tough visit to Lakeside. Rider replacement will operate for the absent Holder for both matches and with another gap in fixtures before either the scheduled visit of Lakeside in June 17th or, should Belle Vue knock-out Ipswich this evening (May 28th), the first leg cup tie against the Aces in Manchester on June 15th. Poole's redeclared side - Hans Andersen (9.39), Chris Holder (8.47), Joe Screen (7.23), Bjarne Pedersen (6.93), Daniel Davidsson (3.65), Ben Wilson (3.22)/Paul Fry (doubling up), Karol Baran (3.00)Taken from: www.poolespeedway.net
