And in the spite of the visiting Barbarians once again being stronger via the absence of a Branney, the Wasps did enough to win, while Graversen insured a point heads north to Barbaria: NEWPORT..471..M Lemon..0,1,3,2,3 = 92..P Fry..2,3,3,0 = 83..B Werner..0,3,3,3,0 = 94..C Kerr..2,2',1,3 = 8+15..J Frampton..2,2,2,1' = 7+16..T Atkin..1,0,0 = 17..J Holder..0,1',2',0,2' = 5+3WORKINGTON..431..A Rymel..3,1,3,3,1' = 11+12..C Wright..1,0,0,1 = 23..K Doolan..3,1,2,2,2 = 104..R Lawson..1,3,1',0 = 5+15..A Compton..3,2,2,0 = 76..L Priest..2',0,0 = 2+17..J Graversen..3,0,1,1',1 = 6+1Taken from: www.speedwayupdates.proboards103.comWhat a dismal performance from the Lesser Wright - he is more or less hopeless. A good performance, relatively speaking, from Kerr and no tumbles, while it'll probably take a couple of meetings for Atkin to get into the swing of things. And next up at home for the Wasps it's the Bandits from the cruel, crazy town.

That was a really good meeting,I thought we were going to be stuffed after we went 8 points down, but all the Wasps seemed to find their form in the second half of the meeting. Heat14 was worth the gate money alone,I hope that race finds its way on to youtube. Anyway,it`s the Bandits next week,is the old Mongolian warlord paying us a visit?
