Stoke have gone on record saying that they will be making a team change in the near future..........they have also indicated that Phil Morris will not be affected, but it did raise this question...
Suppose a rider were to lose his place in a Premier League team and failed to gain a contract elsewhere within the league, would he still be able to continue any existing doubling up role with his Elite League team?
