Any news on the Arena line up for tonight? Kolodziej back home riding in the pairs event, and surprise, surprise, Zagar is feeling unwell again he really is taking the piss now. Reading line up:- 1. Chris Louis (g) 2. Adam Skorniki (g) 3. r/r for sick note 4. Mark Lemon 5. Travis McGowan 6. Jonas Davidsson 7. Sam Simota

KK is riding in Poland and AJ is obviously out through injury, but that's all I know so far. Seems not even the Hammers know the line-up yet.

Have just seen it's Davy Watt in for KK and r/r for AJ. All evens itself out I guess with 2 patched up teams. Hope Adam Shields is as effective tonight as he was on Wednesday.

Jon Cook wanted Stead but after his accident booked Davey instead. Have to say Davey would have been my first choice of the two. And it looks like Skornicki was a last minute booking that the Hammers weren't aware of. Hammers to win this one. Edit: Line-ups: Hammers: 1 R/R 2 Kylmakorpi 3 Watt 4 Lanham 5 Shields 6 Kling 7 Tomicek Racers: 1 Louis 2 Skornicki 3 R/R 4 Lemon 5 McGowan 6 Davidsson 7 Simota

Been thinking about this and I reckon depending on the form of Travis & Lemo we might have a chance here. Louis got to be good for about 14 points from 6 rides. Sammy Simota has hit a bit of form recently and has previously done well at Lakeside, along wth Davidsson at reserve should be capable of 15/16 points between them and can both replace 2nd strings if stuggling. That leaves Trav, Lemo & Skorniki to muster up 16 between the 3 of them. Fuck Zagar, it is possible without him you know. ;D

Hammers to win this one. Okay, I'll admit to being worried for a bit there early on, but the lads pulled it together. Final score 53-39.

Well my post this afternoon just goes to show what effect a couple of beers and a bit of sunshine on a Friday lunchtime has. ;D Like I said result could depend on the form of Trav & Lemo and in the end it looks like it did. Sammy & Jonas did their jobs, Skornicki probably scored what Janusz would have around Purfleet and there can't really be any complaints about Louis, he did his job as he normally does when guesting for any team. Oh well, wasn't disgraced I guess that's the main thing.
