The Lakeside Hammers have signed Lubos Tomicek and he will make his debut this Wednesday at the Arena-Essex Raceway as the Essex team take on the Reading Bulldogs. He replaces Wolverhampton loanee Christian Hefenbrock. From www.oxford-speedway.comI must say I'm a bit surprised at the fact it's Heffers who's to make way, but the Lakeside website has nothing about it, so it could still prove to be untrue. Time will tell. Edit: now confirmed.

Good news for all concerned, I'd say - except of course for Oxford, since presumably Lakeside have signed Tomicek from the BSPA. But where does this leave Ricky Kling? Kling, of course, didn't ride enough meetings to become an asset of Oxford, but I doubt that will have stopped the BSPA from claiming his registration from the wreckage left behind by Colin Horton. So I guess it is entirely possible that Lakeside could sign Kling as an asset as well.

Another question that has been raised to my knowledge, is who now holds Paul Hurry's registration?
He was an Oxford asset, and surely he reverted to the BSPA too?
Can anyone shine any light on this?
