First leg of the KOC for The Aces and Ippo. The matches between the 2 normally are great affairs (regardless of who's riding and the scoreline). Forsberg won't be returning to the Aces side for this one so this leaves us in a bit of a pickle with Henning Bager no longer an Ace. Not sure what plans Mort and Co. have for the side on Monday. 1. Kasprzak 2. Wright 3. Gjedde (WHY? ) 4. WHO-KNOWS 5. Ostergaard (WHY???) 6. Boxall 7. Hougaard

Is that official that Henning is not with the club now then, as on your official site, he is in the lineup. Can't help with ours just yet as once again nothing official has been posted

It will be highly suspect if he manages to ride tomorrow, after missing tonight's meeting at the stadium formerly known as Brough Park. And if he is missing, will Belle Vue be using their other "double-uper", or will they look ridiculous by having a guest or their No 8?

Confirmed that Josh Grajczonek will replace the injured Steve Boxall tomorrow.
Not sure about Henning as this was supposed to be Forsberg's comeback UK meeting.

Confirmed that Josh Grazcjonek will replace the injured Steve Boxall tomorrow. Why no Jonasson? Come on, this is a joke. Edinburgh have no fixture tomorrow and as far as I'm aware there is no fixture in Sweden or Poland. This is just making the Belle Vue management look like prize buffoons.

He clearly doesn't want to ride in the BEL at the moment and it was just a signing of convenience. Rico

But doesn't it just make Chris Morton and the rest of the Belle Vue promotion look like prize buffoons? I mean, what good is having one of your "double-upers" only contracted for the grand total of three fixtures? It's stupidity of the highest order. They've just been seduced by the Jonasson hype and swallowed ridiculous conditions just to be able to tell their fans they've signed him.

No idea why we aren't using Jonasson. I know it's a joke, you know it's a joke and pretty much everyone else does to. Again, why can't the BV Management see that???

Again, why can't the BV Management see that??? Probably because the Belle Vue management have concluded that speedway fans have been conditioned to see Jonasson as some kind of future Tony Rickardsson; the next Swedish superstar. And signing him is impressive and keeps imbeciles like drop a cog happy. It doesn't matter that he'll hardly ever don the famous "ace of clubs" bib, it's signing him that counts. They no doubt hope that he'll sign for the Aces when he decides to move up. But I suspect that he'll go somewhere like Poole or Swindon.

THJ is good, but any overhyping can't be pinned on his shoulders. He's not even certain of regular racing for Vetlanda this season and he's not exactly setting the Ekstraliga alight at the moment. If the BV lot are happy to have signed him on a 3 match contract, then indeed it's the management that incompetent as Boxall's attendance record isn't exactly 100%. I'd agree Sub, there's pretty much no chance of him signing for BV in the long term. Rico

Gustafsson didn't have a great time in Poland today either. Still think he's one of the more promising youngsters, along with Jonasson, who ride in Britain.

He rides for Masarna in Sweden's 2nd division. Better off asking genghis's opinion - he's an ex-Oxford rider. But for me personally he was never anything special - had his moments at reserve, but that was all.
