Jon Cook for his dig at the Peterborough riders, what a total dickhead! To be fair: Promoter Mick Bratley said: “Our woes are compounded by this news, but we will battle on. Claus was guilty of over riding, trying to correct his poor performances over recent meetings and was in my opinion at fault for the crash. Having said that, he was trying to keep the team in the meeting, and chose the wrong option. He's young still, he's not a seasoned pro, and we have to keep this in mind. He has a big future in the sport, its unfortunate he finds himself in the main body of the team presently, we really could have benefited with him at reserve. He'll wake up this morning with a monster headache, and maybe during this recuperation period, it will be a time for reflection by him. www.peterboroughspeedway.net/news.php?extend.473

But his words regarding BV's team last night and those intimated towards Vissing were arrogant. He's still a knob, although maybe a knob who knows his onions when it comes to rider injuries. I think his comments regarding the Belle Vue team were taken out of context. He seemed to suggest that if the Belle Vue management considered they stood a chance of contending for the league, they'd be less inclined to chase a win last night at the risk of injury. People are turning this into him dismissing Belle Vue's chances for the season. His comments regarding Vissing were gratuitous (although paulco did famously dub Vissing as "nut job" after seeing him ride against Glasgow).

I'd prefer it if you rested your head Vissing was only over riding because of yet another dross track. He may have been at fault (sometimes Bratters should be more like Arsene Wenger) but Cook called him stupid for racing! A prize FJ if ever there was one.

He said far more than he should have...some things are better left unsaid..... He just came across as a complet a**e !!

And strangely enough he wasn't scathing at all at Wizzer and Robbo at Ippo If he is going to have a go at hard riding and injuries he needs to include them all, not just cherry pick to suit himself. Yes a total knob, as he was at Eastie.

Well, I guess I need to announce the winner at some point today....? Why is it when it's my turn there's only ever 1 nomination..... The last time I did this I had the choice of Colin Horton, Colin Horton, or Colin Horton .....! Now this time it's only Jon Cook. A worthy nomination, of course...but sometimes it would be nice to have a choice. ;D So, any more last minute nominations before the rant-master gets it.....?
