As a cynical Lynn fan, I'd expect he'll either be fit, or you'll have a track specialist (if there is such a thing for Rye ) as guest. I cant wait for this anyway.. Love me trips down to Hoddesdon.

Just got back from this tonight. After getting over the initial shock of the cost to get in, really enjoyed the evening. Some great racing actually. Mear was fantastic - unbeatable, and way out front. Bizarre - didn't see the tractor come out once - not like at the EOES when it spends more time on the track than the riders.... I should have checked beforehand - thought it started at 7.30pm, so missed the first heat - derr !! Stayed for the second half racing to get my money's worth - lol !! (something we don't have the pleasure of at Peterborough.... ) Rye House = 49 1. Chris Neath 2', 1, 3, 1', R = 7+2 2. Joe Haines 3, 3, 3, 0 = 9 3. Linus Sundstrom 1, 1, Fx, R = 2 4. Robert Mear 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 = 15 MAX 5. Tommy Allen 3, Fx = 3 Withdrawn 6. Andrew Silver 2, 2, 1, 3, 1 = 9 7. Luke Bowen 1', 1, 0, 0, 2 = 4+1 Kings Lynn = 44 1. Tomas Topinka 1, 2, 2', 0, 1' = 6+2 2. Kozza Smith R/R 3. Christian Henry 0, 1, 2, 2 = 5 4. Chris Schramm 2, 6!, 1', 0 = 9 5. Emiliano Sanchez 2, 2, 1', 2, 3, 2 = 12+1 6. Jan Graversen 0, 0, 0, 1' = 1+1 7. Darcy Ward 3, 0, 0, 2, 3, 1', 2 = 11+1 (from updates)

It was certainly uhh.. controversial at times. I have almost no voice from shouting so much. (I'm sure I'll be confused when I wake up in the morning and cant speak.) Was a good night, though - although our trips to Rye House are always entertaining.

I did try and look out for you Lorna...but it was quite a bumper crowd, wasn't it, so not much chance of bumping in to you really..... Where do you normally sit/stand?

I was on first bend by the fence for the duration of the racing... Being a bit loud, I admit. I'm normally much quieter. We were pretty close to where the riders stand, though I didnt actually notice if anyone stood there as the racing kept me attention (nice to be able to say that).
Whereabouts were you?

Just near you by the sounds of it. We sat in the stand next to the pits to start with, then later on (around heat 9-ish I think) we moved to stand near bend 2...... Then for the second half racing we sat on the terraced seating near the pits between bends 1 and 2.
