I think it will be:
1. Scunthorpe 2. Oxford 3. Plymouth 4. Rye House
With Weymouth and Boston just missing out.
Not easy to predict, though, there's still plenty of life in the CL before the play-off places are decided.
Personally, got my figures crossed that Scunthorpe and Oxford get through to the play-off final, and both are able to put out their strongest teams. That would be a brilliant final, which hopefully, at Cowley, would lead to a crowd which would top the break-even figure required for next season's Premier League, and build the momentum for 2008.
All the best Rob

Trouble is a full - strength Scunny will walk it . They would probably beat Newport and Berwick at home as well .

We've got four riders on 9.00+ averages already, and that's before Adam Roynon comes in. I think a full-strength Oxford could push Scunny close. I think we would, at least, ensure a closer final than last year's walkover. Long way to go before then, though, and no guarantee that it will be these two teams in the final. All the best Rob P.S. I think Oxford would push Newport and Berwick around Sandy Lane. And Scunny would probably win AWAY at Newport - look at Woffinden's 21 points there last weekened!!

I am sure I read yesterday in SS that with Roynon in the time sadly because of the grades they can't track their top averaging 1-7. Such a shame.

[/quote] Harry, You did read that - I know, I sent it to the Star It's only right that each track has to track two Grade 2 riders - it's what the grading system is there for - to ensure the young riders are being brought through the Conference League. By a similar token, Scunthorpe also have a powerful top 7, of which they can only track five at once. Even with that restriction, both clubs can track very impressive teams. All the best Rob

I understand the reserve's part - in hindsight I probably should of put Top 5 averaging riders with the complication of gradings would that be correct? In Oxford's case, once Roynon is signed, we can track ANY five of the top seven. Some of the grading such as Jordan Frampton (5) and Andrew Bargh (5) have turned out to be very generous. I think Scunny are the same, Tai Woffidnen (6) is the bigest bargain in the league. Again, I think they can track their top five plus two grade 2 riders. It's ironic that quite often the teams riding against Oxford have a higher grading total, when it's clear that we've got the stronger team. Then again, it's been done to favour the younger riders, so it can't be a bad thing. All the best Rob

Should be a good quad of meetings - predicting that both get through to the Playoff Final
