I was under the impression that the Academy League would be purely for riders starting out in the sport, rather than for someone like Roynon who has good Premier League Experience (indeed was it Adam who I saw in a 5-1 for Coventry against Oxford in the ELITE league earlier this season?).
No offence to the guy, he is obviously going to take rides wherever they are offered and good luck to him, maybe I read into the purpose of the academy league incorrectly when it was introduced.

Thanks Jacques - nice to see Kyle continuing to go well since returning from his foot injury.
Mattj - a problem with the Academy League this year, sadly, has been a lack of young riders - so some riders have been riding for different teams in different sections, and so on.
Better to have Adam Roynon than a blank space. And, as it's no secret that he eventually wants to ride EL at Coventry, the more experience he gets around the track, the better for him.
All the best Rob

All the best Rob Thanks for the reply Rob, as you say better fill the gap than not and fair play to the guy for taking as much track time as he can get. Strange though that there has been a shortage of young riders to fill spaces with, I would have thought there would be many kids grateful of the experience.
