I can vouch for that folks - I was supposed to catch up with SUbe at Newcastle earlier in the season - left it until the interval to go and see him, but he was long gone. ;D That golem Flint's decision in Ht 4 of the Newcastle versus Workington meeting was atrocious. And no one will ever convince me it was an honest mistake. There wasn't a living person in that stadium who didn't know that Nieminen had won Ht 4. Flint knew, the only question is why did he call it a win for Raun.

He hasn't refereed a meeting at Coventry since the beginning of May so he is well overdue a visit

Good news, chums, it's not the golem Flint. Apparently the referee for Coventry versus Lakeside is Ronnie Allen.

For those "storming the bastion of delusion" on the Bank Holiday, why not pop in at Oxford during the afternoon (3.00pm) and then go to Cov at night.
I did double-check with Mr. Trump and he's promised that the meeting will be over promptly... as has been the case with our evening meetings since he's taken over.
So there should be plenty of time to do both.

Where are you going to stand/sit Subedei? Will make sure we catch up with you before the referee gets the chance to make any decisions.

Oh no, I can't decide. I tend to wander around Brandon unless I am on my own when I go in the Grandstand. What about 7pm in front of the track shop, then we'll head off to the bar.

Even the beer at £1 per pint at Berwick that night couldn't entice the old mongol to the bar, as I believe, along with those small cabbage things, he doesn't touch the stuff.

Kev, when one goes into a bar, its not compulsory to have an alcoholic drink
