Redcar take on the Racers this Thursday 2nd October with the return leg being at Smallmead on Sunday 5th October. Wacks - what happens if the Racers progress in the competition, given that the Farewell meeting at Smallmead is on October 19? (by the way, I'll be there for that one).

We're fucked that's what Genghis! ;D
Honestly, I don't know. I guess they've already looked at different permutations of who'd meet who & hopefully got some contingency plans in place. We can run Monday/Tuesday/Sunday to accomodate extra meetings.

We're fucked that's what Genghis! ;D Well, Reading were thoroughly fucked at Smallmead tonight by Redcar. The Bears won 33:60, so no need to worry about fitting extra fixtures in.

We had one Racer, one guest and 4 twats turn up tonight Genghis.
Fair play to Redcar, they looked up for it from the start, but your right it's no way for us to bow out of the PL. I'm waiting for the usual fan club memebers to tried to start defending certain performances tonight - well they can blow it out their arse, there was no defending that!

All I can say is thank Christ I opted to take my dad to Lakeside last night. I would have been spitting feathers if I'd gone to Smallmead There can be no apologists for that sort of performance surely! Barring Ostergaard the other 'team' members deserve to be sent to the conference league next season on the back of their attitudes this season. Apparently Malc looked as sick as a dog last night, can't blame him, he's not the only sucker at Reading suffering from heart failure.... Pip

Well, with the Islanders securing their place in the semi-finals tonight at Owlerton, I guess that means they'll be as follows:
Workington versus Redcar Berwick versus Isle of Wight
