This is a meeting which Poole need to win, and Lakeside are in the envyable position that if they win, it will be a huge bonus. My prediction is that Shovlar lies about something connected with this match on the BSF!!!

Shh, Kev. I know you are excited about Lakeside's position in the league but just keep it to yourself. This meeting must be the meeting of the season for the Elite League. Trust me to be working

Looks like Poole are going to win this easily. Lakeside can't cover for Andreas, Lanham is the weak link away, and has yet to score, and JK has reportedly picked up a shoulder injury and was replaced in his last heat.

And the final result was a win for Poole (50:42), but hardly as convincing as they'd have liked, since Lakeside's Joonas Kylmakorpi was withdrawn after a couple of races. For Poole it was their top five that bagged the big points, while the reserves weren't so hot, especially the much-lauded Fredrik Eriksson, who scored just 1+1 from 4 rides. For the Hammers Adam Shields (13+1 from 6 rides), Jonas Davidsson (13 from 6 rides, including 4 point T/R in Ht 14) and Ricky Kling (9+1 from 6 rides) who scored the bulk of the points, while Lubos Tomicek was very poor (1+1 from 5 rides)

Think Lakeside have a little gem in Kling actually.

Still watching that funny Yankie game with the funny-shaped ball. And have you forgiven Genghis yet?
