No Lupus we haven't signed Schlein, feckin Flapperjack is putting paid to that at the moment I'm surprised he allowed Jesper to sign for another club ATM whilst he is a rider missing, and the one he is trying to force to sign in a swap not very keen So once again I would like to nominate the b@st@rd Horton for holding the BEL to ransom.

My thoughts exactly SL! Surely they cannot stop Schlein from signing for Ipswich if they've allowed the Andersen deal to go ahead? Either all parts of the deal are agreed or the whole thing is off? Or do the bloody coventry mafia run the fucking BSPA like they do the BSF?!

The fact that Joel Parsons's illegal points were not deducted is a complete disgrace.

Simple solution to the Flapperjack of the decade problem. BSPA allow Hans to go to Coventry, Schlien to go to Ipswich (if that's his wish) and Peterboro granted a guest facility for the remainder of the season. It's probably against the rules, but I fail to see why Andersen should suffer, likewise Schlien and far less why the Boro fans should have to suffer not having a decent rider at No 1, or indeed any other EL club that have to ride against them. One proviso is that Flapperjack has to lodge the cash amount of a maximum for the guest with the BSPA to guarantee the rider gets paid.

I'm in two minds about this. Peterborough shouldn't have a guest if the sport is to have any credence. However, reading the thoughts of their fans, they're simply not going to turn up to watch a team with no number one, and, let's face it, they're not going to be able to sign anyone. If Peterborough were to fold, Horton could then blame lack of support for him pulling the plug. What's needed is some sort of compromise between keeping the fans at the EoES and not letting Horton gain any advantage by not paying Hans.

Yeah it's called forcing Rory Schlein to sign for the Panthers so Hans can go to Coventry, and then he gets away with it AGAIN.

Yeah it's called forcing Rory Schlein to sign for the Panthers so Hans can go to Coventry, and then he gets away with it AGAIN. Well, Rory could always tell him to take a running jump. He's out of a team spot anyway, and making his money in Sweden and Poland. Horton can't force him to ride for them, and he can't legally keep Hans. It's just the BSPA are currently trying to keep all parties happy and trying to prevent the loss of another club. If it went to tribunal, Horton wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

If it went to tribunal, Horton wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Indeed. Radovan Karadzic has better prospects at the minute.
