From the IOW press release:

The draw for the event has been made and is as follows:
GROUP 1: Reading, Rye House, Sheffield, Birmingham, Edinburgh. GROUP 2: Workington, Newcastle, Somerset, Redcar, Isle of Wight.

Hope to see you there Badger, but don't leave it until the last minute in getting there, as the M5 can be a flapperjack on a Friday.........ask Paulco.

Jimmy's shoulder is still playing up so will be replaced by Ty. Good news that Ty is riding as Jimmy does bog all round Somerset, but bad news that his shoulder is still aggravating him.

Another Isle of Wight press release:
On the eve of the British Grand Prix being held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, the Oak Tree Arena, near to Burnham-on-Sea and home to the Somerset ‘Sharp’ Rebels speedway team, will play host this coming Friday [27th] to the Premier League Best Pairs Championship, one of the three major Championship meetings to be contested in the Premier League this year.
Jason Bunyan and Glen Phillips will be carrying the Wightlink Islanders colours into battle and will be looking to retain the title Jason won alongside Chris Holder last year on a night few of the many island fans there will ever forget.
Despite horrendous traffic problems in and around the Edithmead junction on the M5, some 3,500 speedway fans were treated to an exhilarating night of racing, and there will be high expectations amongst the this year’s crowd, anticipated to be in the region of 5,000, that it will be more of the same come Friday’s staging of the event.
Holder is now riding for the Poole in the SkySports Elite League and Phillips is determined to 'fill his boots' as it were and do all he can to ensure that he and Jason B make it two titles in a row for the Wightlink Islanders although it has to be said that the draw has not been that kind to the two islanders, placing them in the same qualifying group as the home pairing.
Friday will be the second occasion that the meeting has been held at the Somerset circuit and the Championship brings together the top two riders from 10 of the Premier League teams, split into two groups of 5, the winners of the first group meeting the runners up in group 2 and vice versa, in the semi finals, the winners in each semi final going head to head in the Grand Final for the Championship itself, making it a total of 24 heats of top quality action for the fans to enjoy.
With a large crowd anticipated for the meeting, the turnstiles will open early at 5pm, the riders undertaking autograph sessions for the fans in the build up to the start of the meeting itself which will be at 7.30pm.

And it's a win for the Barbarians, with their duo of Nermark and Nieminen taking a 6-3 against hosts Somerset in the final. Reading, for who Ulrich Ostergaard was unbeaten throughout the meeting, completed the podium after defeating Sheffield 6-3 in the consolation final.

Sounds like there was some disputing Somerset actually being in the final after a close finish to our Semi final.
We'd probably had been 1st loser instead of 2nd loser anyway - Ulli couldn't win it on his own & Lemon's form is unpredictable this season.

Still, Nermark versus Ostergaard would probably have made the final interesting - it doesn't look as if they raced against each other on the night, which is a shame.
