From Panthers forum: Morten Risager has been ruled out of tomorrows meeting against Wolves. Morten crashed today in Germany and has recieved a concussion, and has been told to rest. We have brought in Ryan Fisher to replace Morten for this meeting. Ryan has taken this guest booking at very short notice and we would like to thank Ryan for helping us out once again. We would also like to thank the promotion at Edinburgh for allowing us the use of Ryan once again, and we would like to wish them every success in the league this year.

Wolves won this encounter 54:38, but it seems there are some unhappy bunnies in the Panthers camp. Taken from www.peterboroughspeedway.net/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=162 where you can read the full article. According to co-promoter Mick Bratley, Panthers were ‘mugged’ at Monmore and it is hard to disagree with his assessment after a night of agricultural riding and ineffective officiating. Rather than overtake visiting riders, certain Wolverhampton men seemed more intent on either riding into or straight through their opponents and their approach went unpunished. “I’m all for hard but fair riding, but some of the things we saw tonight crossed the line,” said Bratley.Obviously I wasn't there so can't comment, but perhaps someone else can?

Eveytime we mention the ET we get: You lot believe everything in the paper don't ya ;D (quotes or no quotes) so I wouldn't read too much into the excitable Plummer's report

Ah, I didn't realise that's where it came from. Just read it on your website. Out of interest, how accurate is the rest of it?

Likewise I wasn't there schumi but it started off well with "A HEAVY away defeat is hardly a new sensation for Panthers. Trevor Swales' men have been there, done that and got a wardrobe full of unwanted t-shirts after some horror shows on the road this season " but then seemed to turn into a list of excuses in this exciting EL 2008 season (I know it's exciting because Pearson and Tatum said so last night). Had that been at the EoES those incidents wouldn't have hardly got a mention
