The big question mark tonight is over Olly Allen. He was another victim of a series of accidents in yesterday's Polish action and early reports from Lawrence on the BSF - a very reliable source - are that "Olly has a bursted arm between hand and elbow."
Bees have to make up a 24 point defecit, and have made a switch in their team order, with Harris moving to number one.
Coventry:
1..Chris Harris 2..Olly Allen? 3..Rory Schlein 4..Billy Janniro 5..Simon Stead 6..Stan Burza 7..Ben Barker
Poole:
1..Bjarne Pedersen 2..R/R 3..Chris Holder 4..Freddie Eriksson 5..Davey Watt 6..Craig Watson 7..Adam Skornicki

I'm glad to see that you fall foul of the occassional typo aswell schumi Very bad news if the report is true...I'm hoping he's wrong.. Edit; I take that back, he has indeed reported a bursted arm..

I will be there tonight and plan to be with my friend from Didcot who is bringing his severely disabled son.
Nick is wheelchair bound being born with cerebral palsy. He has only partial and unsteady use of one hand. A highly educated young man of 20 years of age he will doubtless report on the facilities using his blog "from the electric chair".
He is mad keen on all forms of motorsport and is an avid follower of my own favoured form of racing. When he was younger, Dad used to cart him around over his shoulder. Now he is turning into a right little fat bugger he has to remain in the chair.
As to tonight's event, I am sure it will be close on the night but regret that I see no opportunity of recovering the deficit from Wednesday.

Now confirmed on the Bees website, Olly has a broken bone in his hand. His rides will be covered by Stead, Janniro, Barker and Burza.

Polish racing is a bloody nuisance . An entertaining "bloody nuisance" though. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Weirdity and Co take on Gorzow in tricky conditions last night. In the UK, that meeting would never have started. Everything looks so professional over there.

Maybe so , but i'm a speedway dinosaur i'm afraid and always rate Britain as the true home of speedway and i just find these foreign leagues an irksome sideshow .

A storm is whipping up.....this would be smashing
and that's it the comeback of all comebacks. A final heat 15 5-1 gives the Bees victory...maybe that lays to rest the KO Cup Final ghost of 2003.
