It's very hard to call from that footage. Looks fairly straightforward to me: Bjerre rode straight through the poor fellow. No doubt about it, Kenneth Bjerre well at fault there.

Who knows Schumi, but this is what the article says; "Kenneth Bjerre will be dropped in Piraternas next match. Team manager Fredrik Staaf has had enough of his danish star. - I have asked him to get in touch with Robert Kosiecha, but he refuses to do so. It hurts me that he cannot show more compassion/brotherliness than that." "-I don't care too much who's fault it was in that situation. But Kenneth has caused far too much trouble in the last five weeks. He has been getting into quarrels with other riders and been difficult at trainings" And so on... I don't have time to translate it all, sorry www.motalatidning.se/sport/artikel.asp?id=58323

And Robert Kosciecha has decided to call time on his 2007, after suffering his third serious injury of a dismal season on Tuesday. Kosciecha was also the victim of petty crime in Sweden as well, with his passport and money being stolen while he was preparing to return to Poland. I remember the legendary John Charles of Juventus and Leeds United fame suffering a similar incident in Italy during his time with Italian football's grand Old Lady, in Naples, I think. The stolen wallet was returned, with nothing taken: such was Charles' standing in Italy that the criminals had obviously had a change of heart and handed the wallet in to the local police.
