Well, since hortonfan has already announced Week 15, we might as well open for nominations for Week 16. And beggerjaybea will be making the decision for Week 16, so let's get on with it.

I'll start the ball off by nominating Dekker, who at the same time as wishing Chris Johnson well after his horrific crash jumped straight onto the "Chapmans get an air fence bandwagon". He wasn't there, nowhere did it say where on track it happened, so he had no idea if an air fence would have been any help. As it turns out, eye witnesses say the site of the accident was past the point where an air fence would have been situated anyway. Not only does he make himself look stupid, but he devalues IMHO the campaign to introduce air fences to all tracks.

Yet, if I recall correctly, at the time of the Kenny Olsson tragedy he was among those who cried that an air fence wouldn't have averted the tragedy.

Only got your first asking me to be gentle with you Bet there's a very confused person about somewhere ;D I just assumed your phone had died or your end of season sale was mega busy. Luckily I had a back up, so I just carried on rather than stressing and Vicki says anyone who moans about the texters in future will incur her wrath.... and be nominated as FOTW. She says it's bloody hard work.

I nominate our old friend Ole Olsen for track conditions at Gelsenkirchen - a disgrace to the sport of speedway.

I nominate Scott Nicholls for stuffing Harris in teh run-off thingy tonight! Surely even avoiding Sub calling you a beggar doesn't warrant that sort of move - dick!

As much as people know my low opinion of the former British champion, I can't support that nomination. Harris has only two people to blame for failing to finish in the top eight, neither of whom is the former British champion. Firstly, he can blame the referee tonight (if there actually was one) for an inexplicable decision not to exclude the former British champion. And secondly he can blame himself for throwing away a secure place in the top eight with his complacency following Cardiff.

It breaks my heart to do this, but I nominate Tomasz Gollob for moving off the racing line in his second ride and allowing the former British champion to pass him. Had Gollob stuck to the line, the begging bowl would've been out again.

Nope i support Lupus in nominating Nicholls . I just got back from the pub and thought Desperate Deek was in the GP when Nicholls put Harris in the fence .

Lupus - it was a racing accident, the ref is more to blame than Nicholls for not calling it right. But I have to say my nomination after tonight would be Ole Olsen - yet another disgraceful excuse of a track for a Grand Prix.

However, dick wasn't the word I used! He went for a gap that wasn't there, Bomber was also in front, so the line was morally, if not actually his. Needs his arse kicking. As quoted on "the other forum", what goes around comes around - he'd better be careful in Chaventry this week!
