LW, you may also like to consider our own genghis, who boldly asked a Poole fan if he was paulco in the Swindon bar. ;D Kev - yes it was a silly mistake, obviously I should have known that Paulco would have been propping up the bar However, I don't think I could compare with the whingeing and whining Rosco tonight. It was largely quite amusing, although the fact he didn't go out on the track at all to see the injured Lee Richardson, instead inexplicably moaning about the first turn of the race, was quite disgraceful Tonight, according to Rosco, it was the fault of the referee, the Poles, etc. Everyone bar Rosco, in fact. Maybe the fact that the Swindon team manager threw in the towel around Heat 6, even before Swindon lost Richardson, had something to do why they lost tonight. Under the circumstances genghis, I'm prepared to accept your explanation and go along with the Rossiter vote. The man is a born flapperjack.

Well, if you'd asked me that after his first two rides my answer would have been "crap". His following four rides were brilliant though, and then he reverted back to being crap in the final. So, to summarise..............wierd, I guess.

Am I one of the only non-Swindon fans who likes Rosco? He's pure entertainment and wears his heart on his sleeve, Swindon through & through is Rosco.
My nomination goes to the ref at tonights play-off final (can't rememer his name). Made a couple of right howlers and was inconsistent throughout the meeting. Don't think the result would have been any different with another ref, but I wish Rosco had called him a wanker during one of his rants tonight. ;D

I thought he was just a man who was passionate about his team doing well, and a cheeky chap to boot. BUT I've just read on the BSF that he publicly criticised the Poles (which includes Balinski) after the meeting. I didn't see it myself but if true, and on top of his lengthy rambling when interviewed about the Moore fall (what exactly was his point there - did he even know himself?), he's gone way down in my estimation. You don't criticise Pedersen or Balinski without making me wild, and that was unfair anyway. Hoping it was just his frustration of one of the most disappointing Swindon performances of the season. Willing to give him the benefit of the doubt this time, but there's still time until the end of the season for me to change my mind.

I think he slipped a comment about the Poles (something about "staying in Poland") late on in the match in one of his interviews so that would ring true to an extent. Balinski's riding style reminds me of Peter Nahlin, strangely enough.

I'm about to watch the repeat on Sky as I haven't seen the meeting yet. We haven't got a deserving flapperjack yet, so I've got my beady eye on you Rosco and ref!

Well I reckon it's got to be that old Christmas favourite, the turkey Rosco fog Must say I found Rosco thoroughly entertaining last night. ;D Am I one of the only non-Swindon fans who likes Rosco? He's pure entertainment and wears his heart on his sleeve, Swindon through & through is Rosco. I join you in that one! I like the guy.. Though did think his comment about his polish riders was out of line.

I thought he was right about the poles....as i am sure Witch will confirm my old saying...You never win anything with Poles unless you are Poland :-)....I can without doubt say he was only saying what the Swindon fans were thinking

Ok, i've seen enough to decide that Rosco certainly won't be flapperjack of the week. My god, if only our manager had a tenth of the passion that Rosco has! Rosco brightened up a rather average meeting.
In fact unless another candidate comes along soon i might just award it to Smillie by default. Rosco has just proved to me just how bad the gormless one really is. ;D

What a man manager, er not!!

Right now onto the serious stuff. Got into my car this morning to drive my work, as I started to drive off, it was making a hell of a racket. Got out - and found someone had stolen a WHOLE FUCKING WHEEL - bolts, trim, everything. They must have done it in the middle of the night, jacked it up and taken it. Complete fucking wankers. Couldn't even put the spare on, as they'd stolen the bolts and in the end, got the bus to work. Was not happy this morning - would love to find out who did it and burn their fucking house down
