Wee Kenny Miller is one of my favourite footballers. So I think it would be a good signing for anyone to make let alone Rangers.
If Rangers are going to continue to play this "Anti-Football" that they insist on playing even in the SPL then there is no better player to play the sole striker that Kenny Miller.
Don't think it will happen though

I really cant stand him, he is one of most snidey sulky players out there, as for his loyalty towards the clubs paying him....
While at Wolves he himself engineered a move to Celtic by announcing to the press he would be happy to play there, once there he realised that he is not quite as good as he thought and came down to Derby, now at Derby he has once again announced to the press that if Rangers were interested he would go back like a shot as he cant bear to play in the championship once again.
Can I ask just what was he expecting when he signed for Derby, he has now played in the premiership twice and his record is woeful, he has not even stood out enough for another more established premiership to take a chance on him, if I was Rangers I would steer well clear of him.

I will be the first to admit that his goal scoring rate may not be up there with the top boys, but I think if you look deeper you will see that Kenny brings far more to a game than most people.
His energy and running is second to none, he can drag defenders to parts of the pitch leaving gaping gaps for other strikers to move into unmarked. He can play quick one touch football opening up defences in the blink of any eye.
Personally I would not play him as an out and out CF though, I would play him behind the front two or in a 3-5-1-1 formation him playing slightly left behind the front striker.
Anyway we all have our own opinion on what makes a good footballer.
