Not sure of the details but one of his sponsors has posted on the Lynn forum that he has signed for the rest of the season. He's British too ;D

Is that not stepping out of the frying pan into the fire a bit . From being sacked at Kings Lynn to working for the Alan Sugar of British speedway .

Maybe so Merlin and Paul but at least he is now in a declared 1-7 and is able to take guest bookings. Imagine the furore if he guests for KLs opponents in the play offs and racks up a winning score ;D

Best of luck to James. Good to see he will at least finish the season riding in the PL as well as CL.
General question. Isnt Malcolm Vasey (Boston) also team manager of Berwick, or did that change since Berwick rode at KL? Just out of curiosity.

Think Vasey must have just been doing Peter Waite a favour that night , cause it's usually Tom Grahame or Waite himself that does the team manager's duties at Berwick .

Could be interesting if he gets a guest booking against King's Lynn as you say! ;D ;D

Hmmmm. I hadn't thought of that. Could be interesting if he gets a guest booking against King's Lynn as you say! ;D ;D That would be one way of putting it.. Wonder how everyone who said James should still be there would react? Or the ones that arent coming to the arena in 'protest'?

If it was for a genuine injury, I'd be delighted for Brundle. If it were for a "diplomatic" injury my reaction would be that the rules were crap.

Interesting. Just when you thought it couldn't get any weirder in Peter Waite's world, it might do just that. Maybe he's been hanging around the King of Weirdness too much.
