Doesn't time fly? It hardly seems a year ago that the Barbarians last visited the cruel, crazy town in search of Premier League points, but it very nearly is. Last year all the talk was of a resurgent Bandits side and small cabbages, but the Comets took all five points on offer over the August Bank Holiday weekend last year. And this year they really ought to take the five points again, with a win at Shielfield Park on Saturday and another in the heartland of Barbaria on Monday. I just can't see the Bandits getting anything at all out of the weekend.

Liz, I suppose that depends on whether bigeddie finds someone to supply the information. The company bigeddie works for has tied up a sponsorship deal with the fascists, which involves the person supplying information from Berwick getting a crisp £5 note (or cheque) for their trouble, although I understand that Comrade Molotov requested that his £5 be donated to the SRBF collection at Berwick, when it is held.

I haven't even decided if I'm going yet, young Elizabeth. I guess it'll all depend on whether the GP grabs my attention.

I'd go if I were you Sube, this GP coverage has the making of a proper shambles...no live feed now and who knows if they will have the highlights to show
