So, the Brummies make their first appearance in the cruel crazy town for what seems like ages and ages and ages this weekend. Indeed, with Birmingham being a predominantly British League side over the years, I can't imagine they've braved the borderlands too often and maybe only in 1985, when the Brummies were in the National League. Anyway, who cares? They're coming up this weekend and the major question should really be who will they be coming up against? Once again turmoil engulfs the Bandits and it would seem highly unlikely that either the Weirdity or Sebastian Truminski will be on show. It would be pleasant, but entirely out of character, for Peter Waite to let people know what the fuck is going on in a timely fashion. But would seem unlikely that Waite will have time for a swift "re-declare" of his side, so one would assume that it will be facilities at No 1 and 3 for the Bandits: probably a guest at No 1 and rider replacement at No 3. And Birmingham have also had their "moments" recently, with Ulrich Ostergaard dismissed and replaced by Henning Bager after Sunday's win at Mildenhall. So, both sides enjoyed away wins on Sunday, but who'll take the points on Saturday and will an old Mongol be there to witness it? Hard to say who'll win when you've no idea what one of the teams will look like, but I'll go for the Bandits to sneak it. But unless Waite coughs over some information and soon I'll not be there.

So i gather 48 hours after the meeting at Newport , Bandit's fans are still none the wiser if Rempala and Truminski have been sacked , with-holding their services or driving a bus between Haddington and Edinburgh . This is a very strange situation , even for Berwick .

Strange and Weird mate Berwick have been penalized for breaking the rules and quite rightly so, any rider signing a contract for the cruel, crazy, town should be able to fulfill his commitments. Maybe it is time for Prince Peter, Clown of Shielfield to look at signing a British rider for a change!

I haven't heard of Berwick being penalised yet, young fellow. Do you know something we don't? I keep looking on the MSJ website to see if there is anything there, but they're just up to Saturday's meeting with Redcar. A bit of a shame for young cardersrash, who probably can't wax lyrical about young Stanley's maximum at Newport until he knows what's happening with the Weirdity.
