I'd guess at either A or B ;D Ryan may have been an option instead of George, but I imagine that Kaj and Kalle were always the key parts to the changes.

I think Fisher was plan A , but something obviously got in the way at the 11th hour . Think that will be the end for Correy , as he didn't seem to have his heart in it anyway . Can see Moller popping up somewhere though - if he could get a bit tougher in first bends then maybe he could have a future , as his form in Denmark is ok .

Interesting changes to say the least , wasn't to bothered about the visit of the Monarchs to Berwick, but now they are a threat with out a doubt
Given the season they are having it is very much a calculated gamble to sign a 16 year old, hopefully for the Monarchs long term asset`s, I don't see much risk in the move at all, can only benefit them long term.
And with the make up of there team I think it is possible they can carry a young boy who could ride below his average.

I wish Glasgow had went down a similar road and gave a boy a chance cause it's painful watching Michael Coles . But the Monarchs are not due at Shielfield until September , so the way this season is going , god knows what the two teams will look like then .

The changes bring a freshness to the Edinburgh team which was badly needed. Laukkanen and Stancl should have no bother leading the side although initially I would expect the young Finn, Kalle Kajisto, to struggle until he gets some experience.
Nonetheless I'm glad to see a youngster coming into the side. It's exciting watching these guys develop - you almost feel personally involved as you see the progress each week. That's the sort of thing that makes me really look forward to going to matches.
It seems that Danielle Tessari is not too far away from coming back into the side. He provided last year's excitement for me and he's been badly missed since only Conference League guests have been allowed for him. Jack Roberts has looked better each week but he's not an Edinburgh asset and I can't see Birmingham letting him go.
Danielle's absence was the start of the decay. They just couldn't replace his point scoring potential. Nobody really stepped up to the plate in his absence and that's been the catalyst for all the changes.
Who knows how we'll go now but, no matter what happens resultswise, the changes have given the support a massive boost.

I have been following young Kalles progress with some interest this season, having seen him last year.I do think though that this is a year or two too early.I don't like this trend of signing youngsters up too soon and putting them under so much pressure.I would say Risager went over a year or so too soon.Ok,that was Elite which was another mistake. But look what is happening to him now at 19 or 20.Being dropped by Coventry,Smederna and Slangerup. It is a crazy situation for someone just with a few months experience on 500cc bikes.

It may be too soon for Kalle to be stepping into the team, but whether or not he is under any pressure is presumably between him and the promotion.
The fact is, he won't get that many meetings back at home which can only hamper his progress. Coming here he gets a shot at regular racing (or as regular as the weather will permit!)
