It's getting as predictable as a Dick Barrie lecture on the value of a 3-3 . Yes at Somerset tonight another chain gave up the ghost . When will the penny drop that poundstretcher's chains aren't up to much .

In fairness to Correy, he's scored good points for the Monarchs in his first three riders. But it looks like another fairly dreadful display for the Monarchs, with young Pijper again scoring poorly. In fact, take away Correy and Wethers and it would be a humping of epic proportions. I see that Mike Hunter is supplying the texts for the Chatzone updates tonight.

Aye well Mike Hunter is the Moanarch's main apologist . And i notice the moaning started even before the beginning . " Track is heavy and overwatered " - ah well Mike you can have the trick track dry and slick on Friday - oh no that suits the visitors . ;D

I remember that Mike Hunter always had in the Edinburgh programme that the Berrington Lough track was "deep" whenever the Monarchs visited.

Were you there when Kenny McKinna scored a 21 point maximum on his first visit in 1982? I think Lawson scored something like 18 points as well. I was there.

No i was a new dad round about that time and my travelling was curtailed a bit . I remember Robert Nagy's first go on it though - you would never have thought he was going to turn out the rider he was on the evidence of that night .

Always remember when the tigers brought 2 hungarians to the lough Robert Csillik(?) and Robert Nagy. Well Nagy turned out rather good for the tiggers.
The moanarchs are in turmoil just now, Correy is immensely overrated. Think the new parade song at Armadale should be 'Chain Of Fools'

Although it was a toss-up between the two to see who was going to make way for the returning Shane Bowes . How lucky was that choice . ;D

And their manager must be ready for the asylum? He puts the black and white helmet colour on Correy in Ht 13 against Zetterstrom, yet ignores the chance to use the black and white on Correy in Ht 7.

Mind you paulco the moanarchs had the mighty Darek Fliegart in their line-up, so the tiggers were not the only ones with poor riders that year.
BTW folks the mighty bandits beat the moanarchs on every occasion that year.
