WOLVERHAMPTON have captured the signing of rising American star Broc Nicol.
The club have a strong American tradition and Nicol is expected to be joined by fellow countryman Luke Becker at Monmore Green.
Said Nicol: “Joining a club like Wolverhampton is a great move for me at this stage of my career. When they approached me I didn’t take long in sorting a deal out.
“I’ve ridden the track a couple of times before and it’s a track I like. I guess it’s the typical American type track in the league, and hopefully I can get dialled in quickly and start scoring some big points.
“I know I’m joining a great club with tradition in England and hopefully I can follow in the footsteps of riders like (Sam) Ermolenko, (Ronnie) Correy and (Billy) Hamill who have all ridden for the club.”
