I am interested in details of the respected speedway journalist the late Cyril J Hart.
I know that at one time in the 1940s early 1950s he wrote for the 'Speedway World' - not sure if it was a freelance or staff appointment.
Then in the late 1950s he was for several years editor of the 'Speedway Gazette'. When the ceased publication Cyril served as secretary of the Speedway Riders Association.
Other than that I think he lived in Poole and may have been involved with the clubs.
I would be interested in any memories that other forum members may have about hm.
