Is anyone bold enough to forecast the 2020 season format for British speedway? Mainly the league titles and what teams will compete in them?

I think it incredible that at the end of the first day of the BSPA Conference that no press release of any sort has so far as I can see been put out. To my way of thinking it is happenings like this play a contributory role in the sport's apparent continuing decline.
By look of it we are in for two more days of silence (Thursday and Friday) then "words of wisdom" released over the weekend.
