The sport's legendary leg trailer - Phil 'King of Crash' Bishop who tragically died in a road accident in the early 1970s. In a career dating back to the late 1920s he rode for High Beech (King's Oak), West Ham, New Cross and Southampton. He also rode over the years in many countries including South Africa, Holland, Germany and Austria.
