Latvia: The leading riders are Andrejs Lebedevs and Kjastas Poudzuks.
Both have signed with teams in Swedish Elitserien for the 2014 season. Lebedevs signed with Rospiggarna and Poudzuks signed with Ikaros Smederna.
The track at Riga is set to host the Latvian GP this year.
Lokomotiv Daugavpils currently race in Polish First League with superb attendance figures. They have raced in the Polish Leagues since 2005 and before that in the Russian League from 1995.
