Peter Karlsson obtained a hand injury and is going to try and attend this meeting. Billy Hamill has apparently got a chipped bone in his neck, and is going to take it easy over the weekend so he can try and ride in the meeting. Kenneth Hansen had a crash and has suffered whiplash injures which might result in him withdrawing from the meeting and James Grieves taking his place. more info on this can be found at www.wolverhampton-speedway.com/news.php?extend.242

Eastbourne line up will be:
1. Nicki Pedersen 2. Lewis Bridger 3. Davey Watt 4. R/R (Floppy) 5. Morten Risager 6. Cameron Woodward 7. Denis Gizatulin
Really need a good team performance for this one because I think it will be our last realistic chance of an away win this season.

Thanks mimi.
So Denis picks up a couple of points and a bonus, away, on his debut. Not a bad showing for the lad.

seems to me like poor management by wolves tonight ten points up after nine races, and using r/r incorrectly

The second meeting tonight has finished like this: Wolves 47 ( Lingren 15) Primates 45 ( Crump 16+1) ;D ;D ;D I am now a very very happy girl tonight with this result. The pirates have lost at the same track,on the same night the Eagles got their first away point!! I knew the Eagles were better than the pirates

Wolves 45 (David Howe 13+3) Eagles 45 (Nicki P 12+1) Not quite an away win but still our first away point of the season ;D and we got the bonus point ;D Great to see that the Wolves lads wont let Nicki go out of Monmore with a MAX. ;D It was harder for our team though cos PK wasn't completely fit, Billy Hamill wasn't well enough to ride and needed R/R and Kenneth was replaced by Jimmy Grieves. On top of that we had a meeting straight after the one with Eastbourne. But our lads shown everyone what they're made of . GO WOLVES ;D
