Did a chicken casserole today, and if you don't count the potatoes it included onions, leeks, carrots, broccoli and spring greens.

1 peas 2 parsnips 3 carrots, tho tend to prefer them raw to cooked 4 sweetcorn 5 swede
didn't put potatoes after the tuber/vegetable fuss.. tho don't think I could live without them... ok that's a tad drastic/needy... I'd miss em alot if I never had another one!
