Where will he be next year - would the majority of Monarchs welcome him back, do you think Swindon will do their best to tempt him over to the dark side, or will he be somewhere completely different?

I sincerely hope that his EL average is too high and he will be back at the Monarchs, from a selfish point of view of course!! I suggest that he (and Mrs Fisher) will do their sums and work out where he may be financially better off - with 2 kids this should be a priority. From a speedway point of view, despite his ocassional rushes of blood to the head which can lead to silly exclusions or crashes and his insistence to overtake team mates when on a 5-1 I would love to see him wearing the Blue and Gold for the Monarchs next year. Deep down I know the Glasgow fans will too - they need someone to hate Mon the Fish!

I personally think Fisher has found his level - he's a useful Premier League number one who can cope with the Elite League on the odd occasion. The Elite League has been a bit of a lark for Fisher this season, with his primary focus being the Premier League. I still think he'd find it too tough in the Elite League full time. And there's nothing wrong with joining Messrs Collins, Hunter, Carr and Co as a Monarchs legend.

Odds on Fish being back i would guess, if they can agree terms. Wonder if the dinner dance will show anything

With his 6 something EL average now, he's probably not such a saleable commodity (bargain )in the EL either I would have thought

Will need him to drop his price a lot, he has had Doolan's/Nermark's paycheck from Worky waved in his face apparently and if Edinburgh management are true to form he will have been advised to take Worky's offer up.
Doolan to KL and Nermark wont ever ride for Denham again, one in a long list of riders who feel that way.

Will need him to drop his price a lot, Really? I am amazed at how people think they know what payments riders ask for or even receive

I am amazed at how people think they know what payments riders ask for or even receive I don't think the suggestion is knowing what Fisher's current or demanded payments are, just that Workington have flashed their cheque book in his direction and that is the "market price" and a price the Monarchs have to match or Fisher will have to snub to remain at Armadale. That said, gigs at Workington seem to be fairly "short term" these days as few want to hang around Denham too long.
