And the television action starts in the coastal city of Gdansk, where Solidarity was founded all those years ago - I wonder if Lech Walesa is a fan of Wybrzeze? Lewis Bridger and Slawomir Drabik replace Hancock and Nicki P for the visitors Czestochowa.

Looks like it's going to be Lions to the slaughter in Gdansk today. Or can one of our beloved First Lady's little heroes Bridger stem the Lotos tide in Ht 3?

Well, no, he can't. Curious start to Ht 3, but good refereeing - Bridger edging forward, stopped and up went the tapes leaving him stranded. This meeting has, however, been pretty woeful so far.

Wonderful first couple of turns from Bridger in Ht 6. And he defeats the mightily impressive Vaculik. Good stuff from the Eastbourne man.

Poor riding from Bridger there - you might get away with putting both wheels across the white line at Peterborough, but not in Poland. I thought he might be in trouble when I saw it "live" and wasn't shocked by the exclusion.

All over in Gdansk, where the homesters take the win and also take the aggregate bonus point, which should ease their relegation worries. Pressure on Polonia Bydgoszcz and Atlas Wroclaw down at the bottom of the table now. And Wroclaw's visit to the Green Mountain is the next televised meeting this afternoon.
