Ht 9..58.0..Pedersen, Sajfutdinov, Suchecki, Sundstrom 2-4 (38-16) Revenge! Ha that's exactly what I said when I saw that result Hope Watt and Kling are better than this on Saturday, otherwise the Witches will be in for an away win. Also, Super Simon will be happy having beaten Dad

Eight from five must be Nickis worst result in Sweden for many a season. Shocking really, but interesting! ;D And Crump seams to be steaming on, but bear in mind that any good form on his behalf this year will have nothing to do with dropping out of England. ;D Otherwise I feel that the most surprising results tonight was the form of Mikael Max and Simon Gustafsson.

Anyway, I haven't been able to do all of the notes, but the scores are complete. I'll tidy up the thread when I have more time. Thanks to everyone who looked in.

Vastervik will be bitterly disappointed with Harris and Doolan's performances. Forsberg can be excused, but they'd have expected more from Gollob too.

Otherwise I feel that the most surprising results tonight was the form of Mikael Max and Simon Gustafsson. Max, yes, but Gustafsson is one of the key riders over here this year - he's looking fantastic. Monberg's just re-inforced my opinion of him, and, Richardson aside, a bad night for the Brits. A bitter blow for Lejonen tonight, but I don't expect them to field both Pedersen and Adams together again, so their team should be more balanced in future. And, oddly, no tumble for Balinski.

What on earth is up with Nicki P? As I said, should have had Jedrzejak, Swiderski and Ruud. Rumours are rife that the polish contingent refused the proposed pay cut at Lejonen, and therefore are being held outside the team.

It looks like the rest of the team put in a lower percentage effort in last night's meeting to go along with their pay cut.

Good one Sub If these rumours hold any truth, Lejonen are in a bad position with a terror balance in place between them and a third of their squad. They won't accept a pay cut, Lejonen won't let them ride at all. What happens to the team spirit?
