Could be an interesting meeting at the Kremlin on Thursday and it could go either way - Ipswich did very well to beat the Hammers at home on Good Friday, while Bobby D's Eagles collected 5 points against the Pirates. I don't think Ipswich can win if Hampel tastes defeat and Bridger and Gustafsson continue their fine form for the Eagles - Norris is also an ex-Witch, so he should know his way around the Kremlin track. Let's hope that the people who cough over the readies come home with a bit more positive thoughts about the "on track" action than they did on Good Friday - hardly heard a positive vibe about the racing anywhere. Mind you, I obviously haven't heard Comrade Louis' thoughts, or those of the Politburo.

It was utter crap Sube no other word for it. A total borefest with not a single pass that i can remember or even a hint of one. The afternoon meetings are pretty much all like that at Foxhall and even as a die hard i'm considering whether to bother with the May bank holiday meeting against the Panthers coming up. I'd bet my last quid that'll be more of the same. On this meeting, i'm still not convinced by Eastbourne despite their fine start to the season. Mind you i'm far from convinced about us either but i still think we should be beating these by more than 6 to take maximum points. Hampel was awesome on Good Friday. Not just winning, but winning by the length of the straight in most of his rides and i think he'll go through the card again here. The big question is whether we can get something out of Stachyra and particulaly Kroner who has stank the place out so far

They will definitely be weaker (I think : if Damian turns up, as if Mr R/R is riding they can all take a ride, and that means, Davey, Lewis and 2 for Simon. Floppy has been poor at Foxhall for some time now and I don't expect anything has changed, however Tobi must stand up and be counted otherwise we truly will struggle.

I think this will be a home win as we never seem to do that well at Ipswich, but am hoping we can do enough for a point maybe.
It looks like Dryml will turn up, but there is still time for that to change.

Very good point, hadn't thought of that! So I've checked and the cost is now £1.50 for a car, but it is now free after 10pm, so my Eastie trip is now back on as it'll be 50p cheaper than last year. Result! ;D

Yes mate, it's gone up, but the charges don't apply after 10pm until 6am.........so if you go to Eastbourne in the afternoon and return after 10 (which you would), you'll actually be saving half a quidlet on the round trip. Bobby Dee needs you, so bugger the ironing (again ) and get on down there!!
