Some of the riders taking part in this end of season shindig at Foxhall: David Stachyre Mariusz Puszakowski ;D ;D Chris Louis Marcin Rempala Jacek Rempala Kevin Wolbert Robert Miskowiak Adam Shields ;D ;D Lubos Tomicek Martin Vaculik No idea who David Stachyre is , Kevin a friend of Tobi's and Martin a Slovakian who comes from msj speedway. Obviously no Kim, and I should think Tobi will be preparing for the GP. Won't be the same without David Howe either, Adam, Kim, David last years podium.

Dawid Stachyra rode for Lublin in this season's Liga I and this forum actually has details of one of his meetings: subedei.proboards89.com/index.cgi?board=polska&action=display&thread=1182693932So, a 15 point maximum. Last season he was a team mate of Nicki Pedersen at Rzeszow. Kevin Wolbert is obviously a favourite of maccattack and rides for Zielona Gora in the Polish Ekstraliga. Some of you may remember that it was posted at the BSF that he was looking for a British team berth in 2007. He's still classed as a "junior" in Poland. But obviously the biggest news is that the Weird Wonder will be gracing Foxhall again.

An absolutely smashing day here in Ipswich, to enable us to close our dreadful 2007 season with a bit of fun.
Oh and Schrammy makes up the 12.

It seems Adam Shields took a bit of a tumble early on in this meeting - is there any news on him?

According to speedwayupdates, he walked back to the pits, but was taken to hospital for precautionary x-rays. Hopefully, he'll be as right as rain. Chris Louis won the meeting, with his only defeat of the night coming at the hands of the Weirdity in Ht 12 - technically, since Miskowiak was second in Ht 12, I guess he was beaten twice, but the Weirdity won the race.

the Weirdity won the race. Looked good for it too. Latest announced was that Adam had no broken bones.

Bless Adam's cotton socks, that looked really awful and he had the wind knocked out of him. Really glad his x-rays are clear, he looked mighty pale when he walked slowly back to the pits . Yippee I got a hug from Puzon tonight ;D ;D, would love to see him back as a Witch next year, we need someone like him to cheer us up, poor Kim can't do it alone
