Come on Subedei - you gotta say that was awesome from Stead. Despite a little bit of un-Steadiness Rico I do always pride myself on fairness - I don't particularly rate unSteady, but that was superb.

Oh well I guess the last heat has got something artificially on it with this new fangled scoring system. I hate this new rule - I really do.

I love it - it's a great idea. Keeps the meetings exciting to the very end. It's bizarre being able to score a point for losing away.....

The big failing with the new points scoring system could show itself here if Poole get a 5-1, Swindon will be punished but not having been able to use a tactical ride

He scored 6+2 meaning plenty money and almost double his avg i would call that Awesome stuff. He was there or there about in all his heats bar one. When troy came across him meaning he had to close off the throttle which lost him his position and ground.

Pedersen rode like an old woman in his last couple of rides - Middlo maybe lost out by nominating him for Ht 15.

I don't suppose anyone made a recording of this meeting did they?
If so, please, pretty please, can you do me a copy (and all Sky meetings if possible). All costs will be met.
Thanks (in advance)

Just finished watching the meeting, not the best Sky have shown but not the worst either. My man of the meeting has to go to Joe Screen. I doubted his decision to move to Poole this year with it being one of his worst tracks, but two meetings in and he seems to be mastering the track. Reading other comments about him, I was expecting some waif like figure. Fair play if he's lost 1 1/2 stone during the winter, but jesus he must have weighed in around the 15stone mark last season! Couple of other observations. Adams - age seems to be creeping up on his reflexes. Gating abysmal in some heats & hardly a captains performance when he didn't once try to team ride. Pedersen - bit of a disappointment too. Another who should be one of the leading lights in the EL who looked a little dim tonight. Pavlic - pathetic! I read he's had a good meeting in between, but he put in the same type of performance at Swindon's 60th meeting as he did tonight, distinct lack of effort. That 4pt ave doesn't look so much of a bargain when he rides as he did this evening. Davidson - gating tart, but jesus he is quick when he traps. Holder - looked sharp & will no doubt now go from having a consolodating season to one which will see add a good point on his ave (well, at least according to Matt Fords mouthpiece) Fisher - needs to learn to keep out of his team mates way who are obviously far faster than him. Hall - possibly a GP star of the future.

I enjoyed tonights meeting, some good racing but the best thing was the amount of times they mentioned that Poole lost to Eastbourne last week. ;D

Well, if this comment from Crazy robin over at the BSF is right, our beloved First Lady could be about to be served a treat the next time Poole are live on Sky:
And the view of tonight from Outraged of Dorset? Well, would you expect anything less:
I certainly didn't expect him to be deifying Leigh Adams, but he is:
