Thats why i said IF you include them numpty read properly he has a contract meaning he is signed to that club. He is however very busy with his 3 clubs he rides for on a weekly basis to try and deny that would make you a bigger twat than i already thought you was. Well obviously i am a bigger 'twat than you already thought i was' because not riding for Belle Vue this season(for whatever reason) and only appearing 19 times for Edinburgh last season, compared to Fisher, Wethers, Summers, Sneddon and Tully who ALL rode 36 times, does not IN MY OPINION make him busy. But then maybe i'm biased as i have to graft for my living. Have a nice day.

I'm not looking to have a dig at the lad Snippy, i dont know why he only rode 19 times for the Monarchs last year, dont know why he's missed some matches this season, dont know why he hasn't ridden for Belle Vue, but if you rarely show up, you cant claim to be busy.

Last season he was under contract to 4 clubs. Which had more say than Edinburgh over where he rode. Along with his U21 stuff.
This year he was at his Polish training day which had already been agreed. He only missed a challenge match remember nothing that will ruin our title hopes etc. And just now he is suffering from concussion.
Have i missed anything?

Just help you out: He only rode 19 times for Edinburgh last year because he broke his leg. I'm sure that probably isn't a good enough excuse for Genghis, but it's a fact. I'm sure if you asked nicely he'd pass on a copy of the x-ray. He has missed meetings this weekend because he has been advised by his doctor to rest for a week after suffering a bad concussion last week, and also missed 1 other match because he was at a training camp... He hasn't ridden for Belle Vue yet because they haven't asked him to. He has selected matches which they want him to race in and none of those has come around so far. Finally...I agree that he hasn't actually been that busy so far this season, and would only have missed one match for Edinburgh so far if he hadn't been injured last week. However, with the start of the Swedish season this week and impending start of the U21 Championships, his schedule is about to get very busy.

He hasn't ridden for Belle Vue yet because they haven't asked him to. He has selected matches which they want him to race in and none of those has come around so far. Not technically the case, as Mr Gordon Pairman explained in a post on the Monarchs Chatzone: Can I just try to clarify matters, please? The comments that you are referring to have come from supporters and not the Belle Vue management. Chris Morton has not "hung Thomas out to dry" nor would I expect that he would EVER do that to ANYONE. When Steve Boxall phoned Chris at the weekend to say he had injured himself and would not be able to ride, Chris phoned Thomas to see if he was available. When Thomas said he couldn't do the meeting, we decided to use our number 8. We put out a press release saying "Belle Vue have been forced into a change for tonight's Knockout Cup first round first leg tie against Ipswich at Kirkmanshulme Lane (7 30). Aussie youngster Josh Grajczonek , who scored 14 for his Premier League club Glasgow yesterday, comes in for his debut in place of Steve Boxall who has a knee injury" Nowhere was Thomas mentioned and nowhere has any blame been "piled onto him" by the Belle Vue management. All we did was go through the correct procedure of offering a meeting to our second double rider who has the right to say no which then means we use our number 8 if available or an eligible guest. To see the context of that statement, I provide the following link: www.monarchs-chatzone.co.uk/forums/viewthread.php?tid=3427&page=2And to place that into context, have a look at this link, starting with a post by "TERRY": www.belle-vue-speedway.co.uk/2009-aces-team/9633-thomas-jonasson-4.html

That however wasnt one of the 3 agreed and he genuinely wasnt able to make it so had to decline the offer. He is now getting some pretty damn harsh personal abuse from the all high and mighty BV fans.

Not technically the case, as Mr Gordon Pairman explained in a post on the Monarchs Chatzone: Oh yeah, forgot about that. However, the point I was making with regard to his BV commitments is that he was signed to do just a few meetings. BV signed him on the basis that he only did those few meetings, and none of them have come around yet.

It suggests that the ONLY meetings that THJ missed in 2008 are down to his broken leg, and that there hadn't been numerous absences before that. Are you seriously suggesting that?

Genghis i also mentioned that riding in Sweden and Poland also with U21's meant that sometimes it just wasnt possible for him to be in 2 places at once.

As per Schumi's post in the Swedish Section it appears Thomas is still suffering from his concussion and has been left out the Vastervik team for their season opener. Get well soon Thomas. Thomas H Jonasson is missing due to concussion he sustained in an accident last week, but his place is taken by Karol Zabik, who is looking suitably weird this year. Would you care to join in the good wishes Genghis ? Rico

Ok, here's a deal. If THJ misses his Swedish meeting next Tuesday, then I'll apologise. Well, well, it looks like an apology could be due. Mind you, it could well be a short-lived one as Gmuncie over at the "Monarchs Chatzone" seems to suggest it could be "here today, gone tomorrow" for the Monarchs on Thursday as Jonasson rides at Redcar, but won't be around for the Scotwaste Arena return on Friday: www.monarchs-chatzone.co.uk/forums/viewthread.php?tid=3539

That is correct as i understand he has U21 commitments which was already expected at the start of the season. We have no issue with losing THJ to U21 or GP meetings its when other clubs fuck us over with threats against THJ etc.
Then again having THJ at Redcar on the Thursday could just be the meeting winner we need.

Thomas...has been left out the Vastervik team for their season opener. I should hope so - he rides for Vetlanda.
