Apparently the Daily Mirror is reporting that Jesper B Jensen has signed on the dotted line for the Ipswich Witches. Jensen will make his debut for the Witches after serving his 28-day ban for walking out on Oxford. It seems the report in the Daily Mirror states that Ipswich won the race to sign Jensen. Can this be true? There was a race? Remarkable. Just shows how far British speedway has declined when clubs are racing to sign such mediocre riders as Jesper B Jensen.

yeah it was 1 team race, ippo racing themselves and as usual they lost ;D
so they got the booby prize Jesper Jensen, which is a shame, as Justin 'engine failure' Elkins was the top prize, with Brendan McKay and Danny Norton as 2nd and 3rd prizes

Bet they were glad they had him last night though, as he scored almost half their points. I haven't taken much notice of Jesper since he left Oxford. How's he looking now?
