Throughout last season Genghis i rated Team GB as the 5th best speedway nation, and 5th is where they finished. This season i rate Team GB as the 5th best speedway nation, and predict they will finish 5th. Where has 'my mouth' or fingers implied they will finish any higher ?

To be honest, the good news for Great Britain is that the Czechs won't be at the EoES. Both Drymls can ride that place and ride it well.

Unlikely to be fast enough to oust us from 5th this season Genghis. It could be awfully close, given that the race off is in Leszno, scene of humiliation for Great Britain in 2007.

Yes, the Czech Republic would beat Great Britain at the EOES, make no mistake. Hatcham - I'm not so sure regarding the Russians. I think they could beat us at Leszno.

The Czech's would have posed absolutely no problems to Team GB at the EoES, Sub, they are poor, even by GB standards They gave Great Britain a hard time at Coventry last season and that was without Ales Dryml scoring a point. The EoES is home territory for both the Drymls. They'd have been a threat, if you're too addled to see that, well, not my problem.

The architects of theie 2002 race-off win (the Dryml brothers) are still bloody good around that track.

What absolute bollocks Genghis, Czech Republic would have no chance of beating GB at Peterborough, as for the Russians they are clearly an re-emerging nation and look likely to surpass Team GB before long, but not this season, and they definitely won't beat US at Leszno, it's possible they might beat YOU but not US, as i don't support any team, domestic or international.

What absolute bollocks Genghis, Czech Republic would have no chance of beating GB at Peterborough. As genghis points out, they did in 2002 and could easily have done so again in 2009. But we're not going to find out, so you can take that strident tone without fear of being proved wrong. It remains to be seen about the race off at Leszno. But bearing in mind the humiliation dished out in 2007, you could be left looking rather silly. It is probable that the race off will be contested by the Poles, Swedes, Russians and Great Britain. The Poles will walk that easily enough, but Sajfutdinov and the Lagutas could make life awkward for both Sweden and Great Britain.

Half decent side ? no Loram, no Nicholls, no Louis, you had Richardson, a washed up Havelock a past his best Screen and two div 2 riders, how the fuck is that half decent
