www.nyheterna.net- I was in Wolverhampton and notified the club's manager that I'm interested again. - It felt good to be back in England again. - You may say what you like about England, but there is something special about riding there. Britain's AGM is at the end of this week where everything is decided for the leagues next season. - So I will call the Wolverhampton manager on Monday and see what happened. There is no doubt that Wolverhampton is the club Peter want to ride for, or that Fredrik Lindgren continues with the club.

PK might want to return to Monmore Green but David Howe tells this week's Speedway Star that he's looking to move down to the Premier League for 2009.

Interesting that PK wants to return to Britain next season. As he said the travelling was too much, I wonder if that means that there WILL be less meetings and fixed race days??

The full article says he now wants more meetings. From the rumblings from the promoters I don't think we'll see either of those things in place.

Don't think they can afford to cut down on the meetings TBH. I know JL has to run 24 meetings a season and I suspect many others have similar figures to deal with.

And now it seems Mikael Max could be returning to our shores. If he can be fitted in to the Valsarna team, as they hope, then he will be a "back-up" rider in case of injuries. In that case, he may concentrate on racing in Poland and England, according to an article in www.vf.seI have my fingers crossed... ...that it's not for Lakeside.

I have my fingers crossed... ...that it's not for Lakeside. Yours, and mine too.

Just why, exactly, would Valsarna imagine that someone they see as a bit part player would attract attention from Poland? How many meetings did Max manage for Wroclaw last season? I suppose he might get a gig in Liga I or Liga II. And the Premier League would seem his best bet over here.

So after trying a young dynamic team last season Wolves may look to bring in the old guard this time? I'm expecting Bob Pfetzing and Steven Morris announcements any time soon
