The International Court of Appeal has decided to maintain the status quo by ruling that the McLaren's appeal against Lewis Hamilton a retrospective penalty at Spa is inadmissible.
The result means Hamilton will head into the Singapore GP with just a one-point lead...

McLaren's appeal against the drive-through penalty suffered by Lewis Hamilton has been rejected after it was ruled inadmissible.
Rather than endorse the judgement of the stewards, motorsport's governing body has declared that the team had no right to challenge the ruling.

No great surprise, McLaren will never get a fair crack of the whip as long as the son of a fascist is in charge.

No great surprise, McLaren will never get a fair crack of the whip as long as the son of a fascist is in charge. Maybe if Hamilton had walked in wearing stockings and suspenders , a stormtrooper uniform and carrying a whip . He might have been more successful .

Maybe if Hamilton had walked in wearing stockings and suspenders , a stormtrooper uniform and carrying a whip . He might have been more successful . I'm sure his girlfriend has got plenty of stocking/suspenders and whips looking at the state of her pop videos . Probably not a stormtrooper uniform though
