You missed an "h" out of Schumacher. And I'd only just changed that. Whoops, that's what happens when I type in a hurray. Although as typo's go, it's an amusing one. I think I might leave it.

Whoops, that's what happens when I type in a hurray. ;D Quit whilst you're only slightly behind. Anyway, special mention had to go to Glock in qualifying. Stewards are currently debating whether Bourdais blocked Heidfeld, but frankly it won't make any difference.

Bourdais was eventually given a five place grid penalty for blocking Heidfeld during qualifying. The lights went out and Massa scythed past the McLarens to take the lead immediately. All cars away from the start with no problems. Lap 33 and Bourdais pitted, but a small fire caused by the fuel rig had to be put out, leaving both driver and car covered in extinguisher foam. Another fire made Barrichello’s stop longer than anticipated, as a third on Nakajima’s BMW happened seconds later – all apparently due to an excess of fuel during the stop. Lap 41 and Hamilton went off the track with a puncture and had to make an unscheduled stop. ;D With only three laps to go, Massa’s engine gave up on the start line , and Kovalainen went through to take the chequered flag, and his first GP victory. 1..H Kovalainen 2..T Glock 3..K Raikkonen 4..F Alonso 5..L Hamilton 6..N Piquet 7..J Trulli 8..R Kubica

I think Hamilton will be philosophical about today's result. He lost 4 points due to his puncture, but Massa was a much bigger net loser from a race he deserved to win. And it will help Lewis now that his team-mate has got a race win under his belt and boosted his confidence - more chance of getting Kovalainen between him and the Ferraris for the rest of the season. King Kimi didn't deserve third - he was shite again. And what a drive from Glock.

I actually feel bad for Massa, don't usually feel anything for anything to do with Ferrari. He fully deserved the victory! Having said that my little Heikki won, so I'm happy ;D And I do love it when Hamilton doesn't win, ITV don't like it at all!! Why no live press conference or did i miss that??

Will that be a 10 place penalty on the grid at the next GP for Massa?

No, that's only for an engine change if there's nothing mechanically wrong with it. Because he retired from the race due to it, he'll get a new engine, but with no penalty. Go on, say it's because he's in a Ferrari!

Okay: It's because he's in a Ferrari - would be a ten place penalty on the grid for McLaren and a points deduction.

No, if it was a McLaren that broke down, they'd have stripped them of the Constructors Championship. Rumour has it, Ferrari slipped Bridgestone a wad to put a flaw in Lewis' tyre so it would puncture, as it was the only way Ferrari could beat him. That's a joke, by the way, in case anyone takes it seriously and wants to sue me.

Was at work when the race was on but by the sounds of it, it was a good result for Lewis given what happened. Good to see Kovaleinen winning the race - the next best person to win after the Brits.
